Education & Mentoring is one
of the primary missions for the Society. The Greater KC Post has
historically been very active in education and mentoring through
scholarships, camps, youth education programs and mentoring for our membership.

The Post annually awards at least $15,000 to as many as 15 applicants.

PE Refresher
Since 2001, the Greater KC Post has provided financial support to our
membership to participate in live and online preparation courses for the
Professional Engineers test. The post has supported over 100 members
in this program!

Engineering and Construction Summer
Camps
Annually, the Post sponsors students to attend the Society of American
Military Engineers / U.S. Navy Seabees Camp and the Society of American
Military Engineers / U.S. Air Force Academy Camp.

Subcommittee
The post has provided formal and informal mentoring of our young members
and other members for many years. The Mentoring Subcommittee works in
